We are committed to your entire satisfaction. We have a policy for our coffee and for the remaining of our product offering, please see below the policy related to each one of them.

Coffee Return Policy

We are confident our coffee will please you. We accept coffee returns but it needs to be due to quality concerns and we will need details within 7 days after you have received your coffee. We may ask that you send us back the coffee at our cost so we can investigate the issue. It will be our pleasure to exchange the coffee. We cannot accept returns based on personal preferences. Our craft coffee offers an experience and if you go outside your comfort zone (we encourage you to do so!) when it comes to the roast level and you are not used to it, we will not take back the coffee.

If your coffee package has been damaged during transit and the coffee bags has also sustained damages we will replace the damage bag.

Merchandise Return Policy

We accept merchandise returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement. If your fragile merchandise such as ceramic mug has been damaged during transit we will replace it no problem. If you have ordered the wrong item and which to exchange it for something else, please return the item at your cost in the original packaging for an exchange.
